taglib_filename expects template_dir to contain HOBO_ROOT

I'm making a gem that should contain a taglib. I wanted to use

include_taglib "rapid_openid_user_pages", :template_dir => "#{File.expand_path(File.dirname(__FILE__))}/../taglibs"

to include that taglib, but it doesn't work because taglib_filename ignores template_dir if it doesn't contain HOBO_ROOT. Patch attached.

I applied the patch, but I do expect a patch to the documentation too:

I kind of expected you to add a "gem" option, which would probably be more useful, but absolute_template_path is useful too.
