input-many messes up after removing a >10 element:

To reproduce:
- add >11 elements to an input many
- remove the 11th element
- click save
The elements after the one you deleted will be saved in position 1,2,3 etc shadowing the first 10 elements. Which one is actually saved depends on whether you're using rails 2.2 or 2.3.
