input-many doesn't quite work with has-many :through
Reported by Bryan Larsen | December 10th, 2009 @ 05:07 AM
the input-many tag doesn't quite work with has_many :through. It works when the container is new, and items can be deleted, but new items cannot be added to an existing container.

this really surprised me, and through me for a loop while working on #542. I was sure I had them in my code, but I was using a construction like this:
<foobazs-view:> <input-many> <field-list fields="baz"> <baz-view:> <input:name/> </baz-view:> </field-list> </input-many> </foobazs-view:>
where foobaz in the join table between foo and baz

removing IncludeInSave fixes this problem. As far as I can tell, IncludeInSave adds no functionality. Rails validates and saves child models quite fine without it.
