rails 2.3.3.1 doesn't work

reports are that rails 2.3.3.1 doesn't work with hobo:
When I try to run edge Hobo with Rails 2.3.3.1, I get:

Downgrading to Rails 2.3.2.1 fixes the problem. I can git bisect if needed; I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a known problem first!

This bug was opened before 2.3.3.1 hit rubyforge. 2.3.4 appears to work for me. Closing unless somebody can point me at something more specific.
