set_default_order appears to be broken in Hobo 1.3

I'm converting an old app to use Rails3, and it broke on
set_default_order: I get an SQL error because it tries to send
ORDER BY default rather than ORDER BY updated_at
DESC as I expected.
Since it doesn't appear to have triggered bug reports, we should
probably just remove it and point people at
default_scope.

Oops, I had something else that was adding the "ORDER BY default". However
set_default_orderis still broken -- it doesn't do anything.
