hobo new should use bundler to avoid gem version conflicts

on hobo new I get

      create  vendor/plugins/.gitkeep
       apply  /var/folders/rT/rTCk+UziHpatJZ5BiUfN0k+++TI/-Tmp-/hobo_app_template
     gemfile    hobo (= 1.3.0)
The template [/var/folders/rT/rTCk+UziHpatJZ5BiUfN0k+++TI/-Tmp-/hobo_app_template] could not be loaded. Error: Unable to activate hobo_support-1.3.0, because rails-3.1.0.rc4 conflicts with rails (~> 3.0.0)

This can probably be avoided by using Bundler to load dependencies. Then wrong versions should never get activated.
