Hobo above 1.0.3 not available at http://rubygems.org/

Hi --
I was following the tutorials and found out that there is not a gem package for Hobo above the version 1.0.3 available at http://rubygems.org/ . You can check using this link http://rubygems.org/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&query=hobo
Is it possible to upload the latest version of Hobo that runs with Rails 3 at http://rubygems.org/ ? so we can use gem install command?
