Hobo 1.3 - Breadcrumb rendered incorrectly

Working through the "Rapid Rails 3 with Hobo Beta 6.pdf" and I've found that at the end of Chapter 3, when creating a many to many relationship, the breadcrumbs aren't rendered correctly...
Instead of displaying
« Back to Recipe Pizza
...it comes out...
« Back to Recipe [#, #]
and also isn't a hyperlink so doesn't take the user back.

This may be the same issue as #976, which I hope has been fixed already.
