error msg when creating a new application with Rails 3.1.0 (imac)

The template [/var/folders/id/id6XbBsPFxy6Yl62Vho-rU+++TI/-Tmp-/hobo_app_template] could not be loaded. Error: can't activate rails (~> 3.0.0, runtime) for ["hobo_support-1.3.0.RC"], already activated rails-3.1.0 for []

- State changed from “new” to “wontfix”
There has been significant restructuring of the Rails internals (again) between 3.0 and 3.1. The gemspecs for the RCs have been updated to reflect this - Hobo 1.3.0 will NOT be compatible with Rails 3.1.
