nesting a formlet inside a form messes up the field path

with_form_context does not nest, if you call it
from within a form context, the field path gets messed up after the
block.
This used to be OK because HTML doesn't allow forms to be nested. But then I introduced formlet in hobo-jquery to get around this issue.
