You can rerun it at any time with `hobo g setup_wizard` from the application root dir.)

In reality it's not possible to run the wizard again because you stumble upon stuff like:

Installing front controller...
The name 'FrontController' is either already used in your application or reserved by Ruby on Rails. Please choose an alternative and run this generator again.

That's true. Indeed it is not meant to be run "again" but "later". I will fix the sentence.
