Server needs restart to change theme

Hi,
1 create an edge Hobo 1.3 app
2 change the theme
3 reload the web-page - theme is still set to clean
4 restart the server
5 reload the browser - theme changed
The server needs a restart to change the theme, although application.dryml is processed within every request in development mode.
