Add tooltip support

It would be nice to be able to set tooltips on fields and transition buttons so that we can create self documenting applications.
Fields currently have viewhelp but it is displayed on the screen under the field. This uses up valuable screen real estate and is confusing to users because it after under the field it refers to instead of before. It would be better if viewhelp was displayed as a tooltip
Adding tooltip help to transition buttons could be done by adding a :tooltip parameter to the state transition definition in the model and using that to populate the name attribute of the button.

Good idea, but I can't see getting to it in the foreseeable future unless a paying customer requests it. If somebody else happens to send a patch, I'll gladly merge it.
