<a action="new"> and after_user_new

When using after_user_new callback to set permissions (as
explained in the manual for event.group),
do not see whether creation is possible or not, and
the link is not put.
Replacing
new_record = target.new
by
new_record = target.user_new(current_user)
In the definition of tag "a" in rapid_core.dryml
(I don't know if it breaks something else, but does not seem to do in my app)

This seems like it might be a deeper issue - for instance,
SomeModel.viewable_by?(user)usesnewdirectly as well.Note to self: here's the mention in the documentation:
