In-place editors cannot update parts

Commit 48aef54034ee46fdb1c56bcf80650b776ea8d04d broke AJAX part updates when using any in-place editor.
Hack-ish patch attached.

This is fixed (for now) - I also fixed the (broken)
integer-select-editor, which was producing a class without the second colon afterupdate.However, this is at best a temporary solution - need to switch to data attributes. See #766 for why.
