autocomplete fields not highlighted on validation errors

Autocomplete fields do not get highlighted on validation errors.
Looking at the html produced, they do not get wrapped with
<span class="field-with-errors"> like other
fields do when invalid.

This has been added - the code to wrap
name-onewas missing.We should probably review the other tags in rapid_forms.dryml for similar behavior issues.
