Hobo Hobo

(potential) users looking into hobo might think hobo isn't moving that fast and look elsewhere for their needs. Many users(including myself) just look at a projects ticketing-system and mailing-lists to see if it's still vital.

Developers won't join if there isn't any technical discussion going on most of the time.

To show the world hobo is alive, I think it's important that we show what we are doing and why. Lighthouse can also help to prioritize stuff, and to find stuff to group into one big release/branch(related issues).

Let's just dump our irc-discussions somewhere (isn't there a bot/service capable of doing this?), preferably with annotation-support.

Also, since I guess other devs have lots of ideas too -written on some list, or all in their head-, I'd like everyone to just add them as tickets. just use descriptive names with [idea], [wishlist], [defect] and so on and try to set realistic milestones (ideas should probably not have milestones set).

This will give us quite a lot of extra work reading/answering/discussing in the near future, but with that out-of-the-way, I think we can better structure/organize stuff and decide what goes where(branch) and when we want it (milestone, not date).

Well... to make this interesting, let's see if we can hit ticket number 100 before the end of the week. Preferably ideas/wishlist stuff, not bugs :)
