Lifecycle scopes fail as a collection to <table>

The following generates an error (the trace-back is in the
attached file):
I was not able to track down the problem.
But, I was able to find a work-around:

Hmmm... somehow, the
viewable_by?method defined onHasManyAssociationin permissions/associations.rb is getting called inside of the repeat tag, instead of the correct method on the individual elements. I suspect that poking around incan_view?(in hobo_helper.rb) will be needed... -
