Lifecycle transitions with validation errors should not update the state field

At the moment they do. So the lifecycle ostensibly fails, but the record has entered the new state.
Workaround I needed in an app:
def do_activate
do_transition_action :activate do
this.update_attribute :state, 'inactive' unless valid?
end
end
