xml/json in/output support in hobo controllers

Rails' scaffolded controllers have support for sending+receiving xml by default. This is nice for activeresource among other stuff.
Make_resourceful implements :publish to also import/export xml/json data.
Hobo should do so too. Sending/receiving json-data will come in handy for more advanced ajax-widget-tags.

I'm putting this in post 1.0 just because 1.0 is very overdue at this point and we really need to focus all our energy on getting there. Obviously if this is an important feature for you Mathijs and you get it built sooner than that, that would be fantastic.
