<transition-buttons> should accept an "inline" attribute

All tags that generate a <div> or <span> should accept the "inline" and "block" attributes, just as <view>.
Currently, I need this on the <transition-buttons> tag.

This would create invalid HTML -
formtags (generated by button_to) are not allowed insidespantags. Typically, you'd handle an inline presentation for the buttons using CSS. -
