"with_any": Auto scope for has_many association with OR instead of AND

This was something I needed and I think it would be generally useful so I added it to automatic_scopes.rb. I needed to find a record having an association to any one of a group of records. Patch: http://pastie.org/836150

- Tag set to “enhancement, scopes”
- State changed from “new” to “open”
Looks good. You can add easily add both tests & documentation in scopes.rdoctest.
