email_address hardcoded in password reset process

Steve Enzer attempted to use a login attribute other than email_address, and reported failure. A quick grep through the source code found it hardcoded in the password reset views and controller actions. http://groups.google.com/group/hobousers/browse_thread/thread/76fdc...
