fix parameter name for after-submit

after-submit uses uri= for the target
URL. This is REALLY annoying, and can lead to hard-to-find messes
since there's no warning. Either the param should be renamed, or we
should add some code to carp if there's a value in url.
Even better, after-submit would (ideally) take the same set of
options as the a tag.
