Rich types should be able to specify column options

Rich types should be able to specify column options - for instance, a "US zip code" type should be able to specify :limit => 5 (or 9, if collecting zip+4) in the definition. This would also be useful for things like "money" types; specifying COLUMN_TYPE = :decimal is notably incomplete without :scale and :precision.
No idea how to handle this smoothly, but ticketing it so I don't forget.
