CKEditor Fields lose focus in IE 7.0

This applies to Hobo applications that use CKEditor as the rich text editor. In IE 7.0, the CKEditor fields do not automatically gain focus when a page is first loaded. One has to click on the CKEditor field multiple times before it gains focus.
