Summary view for front controllers has issues?
Reported by Iain | November 18th, 2009 @ 11:39 PM
I like the new summary view that's available for front controllers but I'm having problems getting it to work. Are there any plugins required for this?
I'm using Rails 2.3.4 and Hobo 0.9.0, but when I try to load the summary page it seems to break on most of the rows (starting with rails-root and rails-version, as it couldn't find the appropriate methods. Here's the stack trace:
Showing app/views/front/summary.dryml where line #10 raised:
undefined method `rails_version' for #ActionView::Base:0x10a001f58 Extracted source (around line #10):
7:
8: 9: <!----> 10: 11: 12: 13:Application Name | |
Application Location | |
Rails Version | |
Rails Location | |
Mode |
These seem like strange things to be missing though, so I'd have thought it must be a config issue?

No external plugins are required, although git and/or svn are required to be in your path if you want the git and/or svn parts of the summary page to work.
It looks like the rapid_summary.dryml page is not loading for you. It's included from rapid.dryml, which is usually included from your application.dryml.
