Prefix doesn't work in count

Unless prefix is "is" or "are" it isn't displayed
"you have" doesn't show up.

This looks like a code/documentation mismatch. I've fixed up the code to match the documentation in fba3b94e. Note that only prefix="is" and prefix="are" are the only prefixes that have the magic.
