hobo should add a validator for state values

=> "foobar"
>> r.valid?
=> true
imho hobo should add a validator so that only values declared as states are allowed. Maybe make use of the EnumString rich type?

Maybe we should make the state= function a private function, forcing the use of the transition functions.
