:redirect option should allow use of redirect_to

When I was using the :redirect option for
hobo_transition_action, I kind of expected it to pass
its parameters straight through to redirect_to. Update
the code so if the user passes a hash to :redirect, the hash gets
passed straight to redirect_to.
