lacking input and editor for BigDecimal

While removing the big_integer type, I removed the input and editor as well. However, those editors were actually covering the case for "decimal" as well.
The documentation also fails to mention the "decimal" type. Because of that the editors.rsel test that should have caught this also missed this bug. So fix both documentation & tests as well.
