add option to work around hard-wired 100-item limit in select-one

There is a hard-wired 100-item limit in def tag="select-one" (in vendor/plugins/hobo/hobo/taglibs/rapid_forms.dryml)
Suggest adding a parameter to increase the limit; might also bump up the default to 500 or so. Probably also need to update dryml manual for this.
