:has_many fields that are :accessible show up incorrectly on edit form

To reproduce in Agility, add :accessible => true to the has_many declaration in story.rb, as follows:
class Story < ActiveRecord::Base
... has_many :tasks, :dependent => :destroy, :order =>
:position, :accessible => true ...
Opening the edit page for a Story now shows Tasks at the bottom, but the edit controls are mangled - just a [+] and [-] button with no text or expected ability to view or edit taskss.

As bcavileer found out, the bug was only fixed in certain scenarios. I've uploaded a proper fix.
