Ensure that Hobo is entirely loaded from plugin even when gem is installed

I made a similar fixup to the rdoctests -- I used $:.unshift instead of ActiveRecord::Dependencies, and that seemed to help.

The only way I was able to reproduce the error was when I had "config.gem 'hobo'" in my environment.rb. Expecting people to remove this line when switching from a gem to a plugin is not unreasonable, in my opinion.
