Tiny fix to DRYML parser

Line 28 in hobo/lib/hobo/dryml/parser/document.rb needs fully qualify
DrymlSyntax error as Hobo::Dryml::DrymlSyntaxError .
Otherwise the error message is completely unhelpful (constant not found).
