autocomplete results sometimes hide behind other elements
Reported by craig | March 14th, 2009 @ 02:59 AM | in Hobo 1.0 - Final
The autocompleter results are sometimes hidden behind other elements. In my instance the autocompleter was above a part containing a collection to be updated by the autocompleter. Whenever I would try to use the autocompleter the results were covered up b the cards underneath it. This was observed in both Firefox(3.0.7) and Safari(4)
I fixed it by adding z-index: 100; at line 35 of hobo-rapid.css.

Craig,
None of my apps put the autocomplete anywhere that would exhibit the problem. Could you test your fix on Internet Explorer? It handles z-index poorly, so I'd like to confirm that your fix works there, too. Please test on edge, and run
rake hobo:run_standard_generators
(or at least copy clean.css from edge), because I made a z-index update to fix internet explorer elsewhere.Thanks.
