missing 'error-messages' in signup-page tag

There is no call to in the signup-page definition, which means that form validation errors are not shown.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
I believe this is on an old version of Hobo and is resolved in edge.
Ideally please report tickets against the latest code, or failing that, let us know which version you're using
