hobo_migration fails if given illegal name

If you use an illegal character in the name that you give your migration (such as the - that I used) the migration crashes and is left in a not-easily recoverable state. You can't run the migration again, and you can't just rename the migration. You have to manually delete the migration file and than rerun it. If you validated the filename given before saving the file, you could save potential confusion
