The hobo plugin should work from sub-folders in vendor/hobo

Because of the structure of the git repo, it would be useful if the hobo plugin could run from vendor/hobo/hobo
Rails supports this, but we have a problem with plugins that get loaded with :plugin => "hobo"
When fixing this, watch out for, in particular
- CORE_TAGLIB constant
- Inclusion of user_pages.dryml in users_controller
