For rapid generated pages--test for these standards. In the US it is called "Section 508 Compliance"

This is required for any US government-sponsored web site.

Many aspects of this guide fall to the app developer to worry about, not to the framework, so this is not really an issue we can ever mark as resolved.
It would be more useful to have specific tickets for places where we need to make a change to Hobo.
