has_one has received less attention that has_many, but I'm not exactly sure where the gaps are. Need to review this.

re. duplicate ticket, #123 is something specific that we know needs fixing, this ticket is a reminder that we need to review for other potential gaps in has_one support.
re. migration generator, what would you like to see the migration generator do with these? The other end of the association would be a belongs_to which would cause a foreign key column to be created.
