object_url cannot create url for owner_index

Hi,
In hobo 1.4 (latest github version), there is a little mistake
in line 44 of hobo/app/helpers/hobo_route_helper.rb
A leading 0 throws exception (saying function 0 doesn't exist).
You simply have to remove this little typo.

Arnaud, if you send me a pull request on github for your bug reports then your name will be in the git log for Hobo as an author. If that's not something you care about I'll credit you in the comments which will be much less visible.

OK, I cherry-picked your commit and a few others from your branch. Thank you very much!
In the future please try and keep one issue per commit, add lighthouse numbers with this syntax:
[[#1006](/projects/8324/tickets/1006 "Ticket #1006")]if available. Also, please refrain from adding #+ado style comments. That information is avaialble in git and doesn't need to be cluttering up the source. I'd love to apply more of your patches.In particular, https://github.com/A-Kyma/hobo/commit/2bd1e3f055e81c90135c628bcf8de... looks useful, but I'll need to look at & test it more before committing.

I understand that these weren't designed for pulling. I pulled them anyways, so it's all me.
If you have any questions, just ask. Perhaps you can try posting what you're trying to accomplish -- perhaps there is a way to do it in generic Hobo without need for a patch.
