Hobo 1.4.0.pre5 app Gemfile missing reference to hobo_clean_admin

A newly generated hobo 1.4.0.pre5 app with an admin-subsite is missing a reference to the hobo_clean_admin gem in the Gemfile, and yet the admin_subsite.dryml file is generated with
<include gem='hobo_clean_admin'/>
Only the following refs are generated:
gem "hobo", "= 1.4.0.pre5"
gem "hobo_rapid"
gem "hobo_jquery"
gem "hobo_jquery_ui"
gem "hobo_clean"
gem "jquery-ui-themes", "~> 0.0.4"

This happens when your HOBODEV environment variable is NOT set.
When HOBODEV is set, a reference to hobo_clean_admin IS generated in the Gemfile.

Doh! I knew that was a possibility, but I thought I tested for that. Looks like pre6 will be coming soon.
