default_scope can not be used in hobo 1.4.pre1

The use of e.g.
default_scope :order => "position ASC"
in hobo 1.4.pre1 raises SystemStackError: stack level too
deep.
Tested with ruby-1.9.3-p125 and ruby-1.9.2-p318
