Hobo plugin must run without any hobo models

If you put the Hobo plugin into a bog standard rails app, you get:
Read error: #<NoMethodError: You have a nil object when
you didn't expect it! You might have expected an instance of
Array.<br/> The error occurred while evaluating
nil.map><br/>
/work/qchsag-test/vendor/plugins/hobo/hobo/lib/hobo/model.rb:89:inall_models'
