Add description of the target audience and structure of the book

The book starts with a small description of the authors and contributors and then goes directly to the presentation of the Hobo Framework.
Usually readers expect to have a small chapter describing the audience and the structure of the book.
It would also be nice to have some details about the history of the book itself. Why was it written? When did the idea come to mind and how? What efforts needed to be undertaken in order to get the book to hit the print shelves?
