account-nav is floating over main-nav links, making them unclickable

I've attached a screenshot from Safari; problem also occurs on the latest FF. The padding-top on .account-nav covers the main-nav links.

Changing the padding-top:61px to a margin-top: 39px appears to correct the difficulty.
