correct TaskAssignment permissions never shown in Agility tutorial

In section 5.iv "Associations", the permissions that need to be given in the TaskAssignment model are never shown (nor are they shown later, though the source code of the gitorial does contain them). Following along I find that task assignments cannot be created via the UI of Agility if TaskAssignment's permissions are left at their default values the way the tutorial implicitly does. Also, trying to figure out what the permissions should be was not that easy, as the jump from plain model to association table and the permissions thereby implied was also not covered in the text.

I am having the same problem. I jumped to the end and tried to make the final code work in task_assignment.rb.
I also tried gitorial-023. It looks to me like it has the default permissions code in task_assignment.rb.
Which code are you referring to correct the permissions issues in task_assignment.rb and maybe other files (seems like task.rb would need a similar treatment)?

I've moved it to 11, and put a pointer from 5.4 to 11.
